Where do I purchase tickets?
You buy tickets from the bus driver or you may prepay by credit card when you book reservations.  Discount vouchers are available at many travel agents.
 

Do I need reservations?
Reservations are advised and should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
 

Are there seat belts and air conditioning?
Yes, we provide both for your safety and comfort.
 

Is the bus smoke and alcohol free?
Yes, but food and drinks are allowed on the bus.
 

What about restrooms?
Restroom breaks are taken at Madras and Mt. Hood.  Food and beverages are available at Madras and at Government Camp.
 

Can I take an animal or bicycle along?
Small dogs and cats (up to 15 lbs.) are allowed.  Owner needs to hold pet and pet carrier must be available.  Bicycles are allowed - for an extra $5 - if boxed for air travel, subject to space availability.  Please let us know of your plans when making reservations.

How much luggage can I take?
Each passenger may take two bags and a carry-on.  Skis are allowed.  Please let us know if you have skis when making reservations.
 

Does the shuttle arrive on time?
Not always.  Allow extra time for winter road conditions and road construction.
 

Do you always travel?
Yes, as long as the road is open.  The bus is equipped with chains and studded tires.  We do not operate on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

If I miss my connection do I need to call?
     Yes, we can track late planes but the passenger list is privileged information.  Call us and keep us updated
 

Are reservations necessary?
     Yes, we only meet flights we have reservations for.
 
 

Where do I meet you at the airport?
     We meet you in the baggage claim area with a signboard with your last name.
     Amtrak Thru Way bus riders boarding at the airport meet at the ground transportation area.
 
 

How soon do I need to make reservations?
     Reservations need to be made a minimum of the day before pick up.
Reservations made the same day will be at driver availability.
