The A team is currently the only northwest entry in the infamous "One Lap of America" Car and Driver race. Our race team based here in Bend, Oregon will be leaving at the end of April for the big event. The car, a 500 hp full Pro Tour IROC is ready, the drivers, Gordon "Howling Mad" Aram and Jerry "Hannibal" Anderson are ready. Thanks to many local and national sponsors everything is just about ready to go. However, now our team needs you! The race budget is falling short of the needed funds to complete this 4060 mile race. This is where you come in. We need more advertisers and personal contributors. Every little bit helps, for personal contributors $25.00 is the minimum donation, and for a donation of $250.00 your name will appear on the car! Also at the completion of the race we will send all $250.00 contributors a picture suitable for framing of the car in action at one of the famous tracks we will be competing on, such as Texas Motor Sport Speedway. 90% of every dollar contributed will be donated to the American Cancer Society. So Central Oregon come on and help us race for a cure! For businesses this is a unique opportunity to get your name, product or service on a rolling billboard. This billboard will be seen by literally millions on national and local TV. Special business rates are available. It will be seen in Car and Driver magazine with a subscription base of 1.3 million. After the race the car will be seen all over Central Oregon at local events and car shows. For businesses that contribute we will make the car available for your company functions.
