We are located in beautiful Central Oregon on the eastern slopes of the Cascades. The area is primarily a recreational town with access to mountain trails, rivers & numerous Cascade Lakes, and the wide open High Desert. Recreational activities are varied from Hunting, Fishing, Water Skiing, Boating, Winter sports, and an assortment of indoor interests as well such as Museums, Theaters, Fair events, Casinos, and historic towns.
The facility is situated on 14 acres just east of town with 46 indoor/outdoor runs, a play yard, and a separate cattery with 11 runs. We offer radiant floor heat and forced air heat in winter, and abundant fresh air, and always music on the radio. We specialize the care for each individual pet, and make adjustments as to feeding schedules, play activities, and geriatric or special care as needed.
Grooming arrangements are also available during non-holiday periods.

Goldie Coats, owner, is a graduate of Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology, Denver Colorado. Goldie has been an active Certified Veterinary Technician for over 15 years prior to taking ownership of Ranch Kennels. Her past job duties where primarily as head Surgery Technician, and assisted in Laboratory Diagnostics, and Training hospital personnel. Her personal interest do not stray far from her career as she is serious hobby breeder and advocate for the Epagneul Breton (Brittany Spaniel), competing with them in Hunt Tests, Field Trials, and Conformation Shows, and time permitting offers rescue services for Brittanys. She had been a long time trainer with the Obedience Training Club of Hawaii focusing on foundation obedience for young pups and their owners, and has an interests in dealing with behavioral problems and solutions.
