| Fitness Guide Service Boot Camps – make each workout really count!
Fitness Guide Service is happy to offer both women’s only and men’s only boot camp programs.
Both of these programs are designed to get each participant a fully body resistance workout
while challenging your cardiovascular system and burning as many calories as possible! Our
classes follow a “group personal training” model, which means our instructors not only tell
you which exercises to do, but they guide you through them, making sure that each exercise
is as safe and effective as possible. What’s more, our trainers can modify any exercise to make
it easier or harder, which means that we can accommodate all fitness levels, and everyone who
attends can be successful in the class.
